The invention discloses an energy-saving driving and energy-saving refrigeration integrated control method for a pure electric vehicle. The energy-saving driving and energy-saving refrigeration integrated control method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a transfer equation of a vehicle motion state in a spatial domain; s2, fitting a torque boundary of the motor based on the motor calibration data; s3, temperature characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner are calibrated and fitted; s4, constructing and solving an energy-saving vehicle speed planning problem in the rolling time domain; and S5, an air conditioner refrigeration optimization problem in the rolling time domain is constructed and solved. According to the method, energy-saving driving and energy-saving refrigeration are controlled in an integrated mode, the obtained planning vehicle speed sequence can guide refrigeration optimization of the air conditioner, meanwhile, the energy-saving refrigeration effect of the air conditioner under the second-level planning time domain length is improved based on the cost function with the variable optimization target, and the adaptability of the integrated control method to expressways and urban roads is promoted.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动车辆的节能驾驶和节能制冷集成控制方法,包括如下步骤:S1、在空间域中构建车辆运动状态的转移方程;S2、基于电机标定数据拟合电机的转矩边界;S3、标定并拟合车载空调的温度特性和能耗特性;S4、构建并求解滚动时域内的节能车速规划问题;S5、构建并求解滚动时域内的空调制冷优化问题。本发明将节能驾驶和节能制冷集成控制,获得的规划车速序列能够引导空调的制冷优化,同时基于优化目标可变的代价函数,提升了秒级规划时域长度下空调的节能制冷效果,促进了集成控制方法对高速道路和城市道路的适应能力。
