The invention provides an oil-gas balance suspension system capable of lifting an axle. The oil-gas balance suspension system comprises a front axle suspension assembly, a rear axle suspension assembly and a lifting axle control system. The lifting axle control system is in circulation connection with the front axle suspension assembly and the rear axle suspension assembly; the lift bridge control system comprises an energy accumulator and a damper, and the energy accumulator and the damper are in circulation connection. The front axle suspension assembly comprises a front axle and a front hydro-pneumatic spring; the rear axle suspension assembly comprises a rear axle and a rear hydro-pneumatic spring; and the front hydro-pneumatic spring is in circulation connection with the rear hydro-pneumatic spring. An oil-gas type balance suspension structure is adopted, and compared with a traditional steel plate spring, the bearing capacity is large, and the failure rate is low; the hydro-pneumatic spring is variable in rigidity and different in empty load rigidity and full load rigidity, so that the driving comfort is good; the damping value of the hydro-pneumatic spring can be adjusted, and vibration attenuation is facilitated; axle rear tires are lifted off the ground, vehicle running resistance is reduced, oil consumption is reduced, and tire abrasion is reduced. The system is not additionally provided with a lifting structure, the structure is simple and reasonable, and the stability and comfort of the vehicle are effectively improved.
本发明提供一种可提升车桥的油气平衡悬挂系统,包括:前前桥悬挂组件、后桥悬挂组件、提升桥控制系统;提升桥控制系统与前桥悬挂组件和后桥悬挂组件流通连接;提升桥控制系统包括蓄能器、阻尼器,蓄能器和阻尼器流通连接;前桥悬挂组件包括前桥、前油气弹簧;后桥悬挂组件包括后桥、后油气弹簧;前油气弹簧与后油气弹簧流通连接。本发明采用油气式平衡悬挂结构,相比传统钢板弹簧承载力大,故障率低;油气弹簧为变刚度,空满载刚度不同,驾乘舒适性好;可调节油气弹簧的阻尼值,利于衰减振动;提升车桥后轮胎离地,降低车辆行驶阻力,降低油耗,减少轮胎磨损;该系统没有额外设计提升结构,结构简约而合理,有效提升了车辆的稳定性和舒适性。
