The invention discloses a side lifting steering axle suspension, and relates to the technical field of suspensions. By starting the inner oil cylinder, when the inner oil cylinder extends, the piston rod of the inner oil cylinder is rotationally connected with the lower swing arm, the wheel is arranged on the steering half shaft on one side of the lifting assembly, the wheel is in direct contact with the ground in a supporting mode, then the girder is driven to integrally move upwards, and the side lifting steering axle suspension well solves the problem of coping with complex road conditions. The lifting and lowering of the suspension can be realized through oil inlet and oil outlet of the oil cylinder on the suspension, so that two road conditions with different requirements of passing through culverts and mountain roads are realized, the oil cylinder in the horizontal direction pushes the pull arm, the pull arm drives the steering knuckle to steer, and then the whole steering half shaft is driven to steer, so that the suspension can steer autonomously when passing through a turning road surface; hard friction between the tire and the road surface is avoided, in addition, half-bridge steering can be achieved through rotation of the half-bridge upper pull arm, and therefore friction between the tire and the road surface is reduced, and pure rolling of the tire is achieved.

    本发明公开了侧升降转向桥悬架,本发明涉及悬架技术领域。通过启动内油缸,当内油缸伸长时,内油缸的活塞杆与下摆臂之间是转动连接的,升降组件一侧的转向半轴上是设置车轮的,车轮直接与地面支撑接触的,进而带动大梁整体上移,侧升降转向桥悬架很好地解决了应对复杂路况的问题。它可以通过悬架上油缸的进油、出油实现悬架的升高和降低,从而实现过涵洞、和山路两种不同需求的路况,通过水平方向油缸推动拉臂,拉臂带动转向节转向,进而带动转向半轴整体进行转向,从而使悬架在通过转弯路面时,自主转向,避免了轮胎与路面间的硬摩擦另外也可以通过半桥上拉臂的转动,实现半桥的转向,从而减少轮胎与路面的摩擦,使轮胎实现纯滚动。
