The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time working condition data of a low-voltage battery; based on the real-time working condition data, determining the current safety pre-charging current of the high-voltage battery; and controlling a direct-current converter to pre-charge the high-voltage battery according to the current safe pre-charging current until the high-voltage battery meets a high-voltage power-on condition, and stopping the pre-charging process of the high-voltage battery. By adopting the method, the pre-charging process can be dynamically regulated and controlled in real time on the basis of the real-time working condition data of the low-voltage battery, the balance of the discharging capacity and the high-voltage pre-charging time of the low-voltage battery is realized, the service life of the low-voltage battery is ensured, and the high-voltage pre-charging success under various working conditions is ensured.
