The invention provides a vehicle driving control method and a related device, and the method comprises the steps: pre-configuring intersection data, the intersection data comprises an auxiliary lane field which is pre-configured in a map field, the auxiliary lane field comprises an auxiliary lane sub-field, and the auxiliary lane sub-field comprises an auxiliary lane sub-field; the auxiliary lane sub-field represents a position point of an auxiliary lane located in an intersection, a starting point of the auxiliary lane is the last point of a starting lane before a vehicle drives into the intersection, and an ending point of the auxiliary lane is the first point of a target lane where the vehicle enters after driving away from the intersection; the auxiliary lane comprises an auxiliary steering lane and/or an auxiliary straight lane. When the vehicle runs to the intersection, the vehicle running operation can be performed by referring to the auxiliary lane data in the intersection data, so that the problem of poor vehicle running reliability caused by low accuracy of the vehicle running operation due to absence of map data in the intersection is avoided.
