The invention discloses a full-time dynamic adjusting mechanism for a balance weight of a movable arm type tower crane, which is mainly applied to dismantling construction equipment at the top of a high-rise building, is different from a traditional fixed balance weight, develops a movable balance weight form, and is novel in design thought and ingenious in conception. The design of the movable balance weight has two highlights: 1, single installation meets all arm length combinations without disassembling the balance weight, so that the installation efficiency is improved; the stress of the foundation and the tower body can be reduced, and the service life of the tower body is prolonged; according to the movable balance weight, a balance weight block is installed on a movable variable-amplitude trolley, and horizontal movement is achieved through a variable-amplitude mechanism. Wherein the horizontal movement of the variable-amplitude trolley is logically controlled through an electric control system, the variable-amplitude winch drags the variable-amplitude trolley by detecting the amplitude change instruction of a boom, that is, the amplitude change of a cargo boom changes the position change of a balancing weight, the variable-amplitude trolley and the balancing weight are mutually balanced, and the main mechanical principle is equal torque. And namely, the torque of the balance arm side to the lower support is equal to the torque of the cargo boom side to the lower support.

    本发明公开了一种动臂式塔机配重全时动态调节机构,主要应用于高层建筑顶部施工设备的拆除,区别于传统固定式配重开发了一款可以移动的配重形式,此设计思路新颖、构思巧妙;移动配重的设计有两大亮点:一是单次安装满足所有臂长组合而无需再拆卸配重,提高安装效率;二是可以降低基础、塔身受力,提高塔身使用寿命;移动配重是将配重块安装于可移动的变幅小车,通过变幅机构实现水平移动;其中,变幅小车的水平移动是通过电控系统实现逻辑控制,通过检测臂架幅度变化指令变幅卷扬牵引变幅小车,也就是说起重臂的幅度变化改变配重块位置的变化,两者相互均衡,其主要机械原理是等力矩,即平衡臂侧对下支座的力矩与起重臂侧对下支座的力矩相等。
