According to the method and device for automatically adjusting the dynamic balance weight of the tower crane, the inclination angle of the tower crane is detected through a bidirectional inclination angle switch module, upper and lower threshold values are set, and when the inclination angle of the tower crane is between the upper and lower threshold values, the bidirectional inclination angle switch module does not output a control signal; when the tower crane inclines forwards and the inclination angle of the tower crane reaches one threshold value, the bidirectional inclination angle switch module controls the front submersible pump to start through the first relay, and water in the front water tank is conveyed to the rear water tank, so that the tower crane stops inclining forwards and is finely adjusted in the reverse direction; and when the tower crane tilts backwards to reach another threshold value, the second relay controls the rear submersible pump to start, and water in the rear water tank is conveyed to the front water tank, so that the tower crane stops tilting backwards and is finely adjusted in the reverse direction. According to the scheme, fluid such as water is used as a dynamic counterweight medium, the water pump is started to pour water between the far water tank and the near water tank through the control circuit with the dip angle switch when the threshold value specified by the dip angle switch is exceeded, and the purpose of dynamic balance of the whole tower crane is achieved.

    一种自动调节塔吊动态配重的方法及装置,通过双向倾角开关模块检测塔吊的倾角,并设定上下阈值,当塔吊的倾角在上下阈值之间时,双向倾角开关模块不输出控制信号;当塔吊前倾并使得其倾角达到其中一个阈值时,双向倾角开关模块通过第一继电器控制前潜水泵启动,将前水箱的水向后水箱输送,以使得塔吊停止向前倾斜并向反方向微调;当塔吊后倾达到另一个阈值时,通过第二继电器控制后潜水泵启动,将后水箱的水向前水箱输送,以使得塔吊停止向后倾斜并向反方向微调。本方案利用水等流体作为动态配重介质,通过带有倾角开关的控制电路,在超过倾角开关规定的阈值时启动水泵在远水箱和近水箱之间倒水,达到整个塔吊动态平衡的目的。
