    本发明公开了一种用于吊装施工的管道输送装置及其施工方法,涉及管道输送技术领域。为了解决人工设定捆绑点加固管道较为麻烦的问题,具体包括塔式起重机构本体和运输台,所述运输台的顶部面设置有自动捆绑组件,自动捆绑组件由管道加固结构和绑定结构组成,绑定结构包括支座、两组呈前后对称式放置于运输台顶部面的穿孔板、固定连接于支座顶部外壁的吊环。本发明利用前后两处勒紧段实现对管道的自动捆绑动作,结构稳固,有效避免管道从高空中坠落的情况发生,无需人员操作,较为省力,且有效提高工作效率,可将管道分层段集中运输至各楼层的吊装平台,相比较单个管道运输至各楼层,减少了管道垂直运输难度、时间、人力物力及运输成本。
