According to the length and size of the pipeline, the safety accident risk caused by moving or falling of the pipeline can be reduced by adjusting the clamping position, stress concentration during pipeline clamping is reduced by adjusting the clamping point, and the overall stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种管道施工吊运工装及其吊运方法,涉及管道施工技术领域,包括底板,底板的两侧设有一对侧板,底板正下方放置有管道,底板通过连杆机构与一对侧板连接;底板的底面中部及一对侧板的底面均固设有基板,基板的底面中部固设有U型槽钢,U型槽钢的两拐角处设有一对三角摆臂;一对三角摆臂之间设有梯形连板,梯形连板通过限位组件与一对三角摆臂连接;梯形连板的底面中部设有弧形压板,三角摆臂的底端部设有弧形夹板,弧形压板、一对弧形夹板抵在管道上。本发明根据管道的长度及尺寸,通过调整夹持位置,可以降低由于管道移动或脱落引发的安全事故风险,通过调整夹持点,减少管道夹持时应力集中,提高整体的稳定性。
