The invention provides a truss-type wing structure, an assembly method and a preparation method of a truss-type beam, the truss-type wing structure comprises the truss-type beam, the truss-type beam is a space truss structure, the truss-type beam comprises a main pipe, an inclined web pipe, an inclined pull pipe and a split-type multi-way joint, the split-type multi-way joint comprises at least two petal parts, and the main pipe is connected with the inclined web pipe; the main pipe is connected with the inclined abdominal pipe and the inclined pull pipe through at least two petal parts in a pressing and gluing mode. The wing rib comprises at least one arc-shaped section and at least one linear section, the arc-shaped section is suitable for laying a skin, the linear section is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the split type multi-way connector, the wing rib is connected with the split type multi-way connector through the arc-shaped groove in a press fit and glue joint mode, and the linear section provides auxiliary support for the truss type beam in the axis direction of the linear section; wherein the main pipe, the inclined web pipe and the inclined pull pipe are formed by composite material laying layers through reelpipe laying and curing, and the wing ribs are formed by composite material laying layers.

    本发明提供了一种桁架式机翼结构、装配方法及桁架式梁的制备方法,桁架式机翼结构包括:桁架式梁,为空间桁架结构,桁架式梁包括主管、斜腹管、斜拉管和分瓣式多通接头,分瓣式多通接头包括至少两个瓣部,主管与斜腹管、斜拉管之间通过至少两个瓣部压合胶接连接;翼肋,包括至少一个弧形段和至少一个直线段,弧形段适用于敷设蒙皮,直线段上设置有与分瓣式多通接头相适配的弧形槽,翼肋通过弧形槽与分瓣式多通接头压合胶接连接,直线段为桁架式梁提供沿直线段轴线方向的辅助支撑;其中,主管、斜腹管、斜拉管由复合材料铺层通过卷管铺贴固化制成,翼肋由复合材料铺层制成。
