A fender retracting and releasing device applied to an unmanned ship comprises a fender storage device, an electromagnetic device, a fair lead, a winch, an ultrasonic ranging device and a controller, an inflatable fender is placed on the fender storage device, mooring ropes are bound to the two ends of the inflatable fender, the mooring ropes are wound on the winch through the fair lead, and the winch is connected with the electromagnetic device. The fender storage device is composed of a movable base and a fixed base, and the movable base is connected with the fixed base through a shaft. An electromagnetic device is arranged below the movable device, when the movable device is fixed by the electromagnetic device, the inflatable fender is fixed between the movable device and the fixed device, and when the movable device is separated from the electromagnetic device, the inflatable fender is lowered. A plurality of ultrasonic ranging devices are fixed in the broadside outer plate, the ultrasonic ranging devices send measured L5 and V signals to a controller, and the controller controls the electromagnetic device and the winch to work after judging the signals. According to the invention, obstacle detection can be realized, and automatic lowering and recovery of the inflatable fender can be carried out according to a detection result.

    一种应用于无人船的护舷收放装置,包括护舷存放装置、电磁装置、导缆器、绞车、超声波测距装置及控制器,充气式护舷放置在护舷存放装置上,充气式护舷两端绑有缆绳,缆绳经过导缆器缠绕在绞车上,护舷存放装置由活动基座和固定基座组成,活动基座与固定基座轴连接。活动装置下方设置有电磁装置,当电磁装置对活动装置进行固定时,充气式护舷固定于活动装置与固定装置之间,当活动装置与电磁装置分离时,充气式护舷下放。舷侧外板内部固定有多个超声波测距装置,超声波测距装置将测得的L5和V信号发送给控制器,控制器对信号进行判断后,控制电磁装置及绞车工作。本发明能够实现障碍物的探测,并根据探测结果进行充气式护舷的自动下放和回收。
