The invention provides a ship risk early warning method and system under typhoon influence, and the method comprises the steps: collecting typhoon data to obtain a typhoon advancing track, obtaining a ship route, generating a ship track and typhoon track slice data, and judging whether the typhoon and ship time-space relation data at each time point has a risk event or not; and obtaining a risk event detail list and displaying risk details. The typhoon and ship advancing process is displayed to a user in a static and dynamic data combination mode, so that the user can intuitively feel the time-space relationship between the ship and the typhoon; six risk points of a fan-shaped influence area risk in a typhoon advancing direction, a typhoon 7-level wind ring risk, a typhoon 10-level wind ring risk, a typhoon center range risk, a point at which a ship fires a typhoon head and a point at the shortest distance of the ship typhoon are provided for a user, a risk event list of each time point is displayed on a preset ship route in real time, a dangerous case can be foreseen in advance, and the risk of the ship can be effectively improved. Corresponding danger avoiding measures are taken according to different risks, and safe navigation of the ship is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种台风影响下船舶风险预警方法及系统,通过收集台风数据得到台风前进轨迹,获取船舶航线,生成船舶轨迹和台风轨迹切片数据,判断各个时间点的台风和船舶时空关系数据是否存在风险事件,得到风险事件详情列表并加以展示风险详情。通过静态和动态数据结合的方式向用户展示台风和船舶前进过程,便于用户直观的感受船舶和台风时空关系,向用户提供了台风前进方向扇形影响区域风险、台风7级风圈风险、台风10级风圈风险、台风中心范围风险、船舶抢台风头的点、船舶台风最近距离的点六种风险点,在船舶的预设航线上实时展示各个时间点的风险事件列表,能够提前预见险情,针对不同风险采取相应的避险措施,保障了船舶的安全航行。
