And the structural strength of the check ship is calculated according to the weight of the cargo loaded in each cargo hold and the weight of the ballast water loaded in each ballast tank, and a complete loading and unloading scheme is searched through a genetic algorithm, so that sailors carry out cargo loading and unloading operation according to the output loading and unloading scheme. According to the method, cargo intelligent stowage is performed according to the planned cargo loading capacity, an intelligent stowage auxiliary decision scheme is provided, a loading and unloading scheme is made according to the intelligent stowage auxiliary decision, the time between the steps is evaluated, whole-process monitoring is not needed, the workload of sailors is greatly reduced, and the safety of the ship loading and unloading process is improved.
