In a cylindrical anti-vibration device (10), an outer cylindrical member (14) is provided with: a cylindrical section (20) that is press-fitted into a mounting hole (60); a plurality of flange-shaped sections (26, 26) that protrude to the outer periphery at one axial end of the cylindrical section and overlap with one axial opening end surface of the mounting hole; and a plurality of hooking parts (28, 28) protruding to the outer circumference at the other axial end of the cylindrical part and locked to the other axial opening end surface of the mounting hole, the hooking parts being provided at positions corresponding to a plurality of recessed holes (38, 38) penetrating the main body rubber elastic body (16) in the axial direction in the circumferential direction. The flange-shaped portion is provided at a position different from that of the hook portion in the circumferential direction, and a biasing rubber (54) is affixed to an overlapping surface of the flange-shaped portion that overlaps the opening end surface of the mounting hole.
