Provided is a bracket-equipped cylindrical anti-vibration device having a novel structure, the bracket-equipped cylindrical anti-vibration device being capable of improving functional complementation between an outer cylindrical member and a cylindrical portion of an outer bracket, and also being capable of achieving weight reduction at the same time. A bracket-equipped cylindrical anti-vibration device (10) is provided with: a cylindrical bracket main body (12) in which an inner member (16) and an outer cylindrical member (18) are connected by a main body rubber elastic body (20); and an outer bracket (14) having a tubular portion (34) to which the outer tubular member is press-fitted, in which a shaft right-angle stopper (52) for restricting the amount of relative displacement between the inner member and the outer tubular member in the direction perpendicular to the shaft is partially provided in the tubular bracket body in the circumferential direction, and in the outer bracket, the shaft right-angle stopper (52) is pressed into the tubular portion (34) to which the outer tubular member is press-fitted. A cutout portion (38) is provided at an axial end portion of the cylindrical portion and at a portion circumferentially offset from the right-angle stopper, the axial length of the cylindrical portion is shortened by the cutout portion, and the outer cylindrical member is exposed to the outer circumference through the cutout portion.
