The invention relates to an offshore large wind power double-ship horizontal transportation and installation device which comprises two carrying ships arranged side by side. The ship assembling truss is arranged at the bow positions of the two carrying ships; the DSF and the large module are arranged on the two carrying ships together; the large module comprises a fan carrying frame, a first fan bearing frame, a second fan bearing frame, a hydraulic jacking mechanism, a cantilever beam, a hinge device and a fan assembly. The cantilever beam is arranged at the inner bottoms of the two vertical trusses in a penetrating mode and used for bearing the erected fan assembly; the single pile foundation is used for being in butt joint with the fan assembly; by means of the first draught fan bearing frame and the second draught fan bearing frame which are movably arranged, the draught fan assembly can be horizontally arranged during transportation, the draught fan assembly can be vertically arranged during installation, and therefore the safety and economical efficiency of large offshore wind power transportation and installation in deep and far sea are improved.
