The invention relates to an offshore wind power integrated horizontal transportation and installation method based on a double-ship floating method. The method comprises the following steps that an installation ship of a proper specification is selected, and structural transformation is conducted; a first group of installation ships are adopted to carry the floating body to an installation point, the floating body slides to get off the ships, and a single-pile foundation is arranged on the floating body; the large modules are assembled ashore, the assembled large modules on the ashore slide to the second group of installation ships and are conveyed to the fan installation point, fan installation is conducted, and fan carrying is conducted; the second group of installation ships sail to the position close to the single pile foundation of the floating body, a positioning device and a buffering device are arranged, the advancing direction of the installation ships is adjusted, it is ensured that the installation ships can accurately drive to the position close to the single pile foundation, the second group of installation ships enter, and ballast water is increased for ship descending; after the draught fan arrives at the installation point and is moored and fixed, a tower drum at the bottom of the draught fan is precisely positioned to the position over the single-pile foundation, and ship descending installation is started; and after installation is completed, the draught fan leaves the ship and continues to go to the next draught fan installation point for operation.

    本发明涉及一种基于双船浮托法的海上风电一体化卧式运输及安装方法,包括如下步骤:选择合适规格的安装船并进行结构改造;采用第一组安装船将浮体运载到达安装点,浮体滑移下船,浮体上设置有单桩基础;在岸上进行大型组块组装,岸上组装好的大型组块滑移上第二组安装船,运送到达风机安装点,进行风机安装,并进行风机运载;第二组安装船航行到浮体的单桩基础附近,布置定位装置以及缓冲装置,调整安装船的前进方向,确保安装船可以准确地驶入单桩基础附近,第二组安装船进船,增加压载水降船;风机抵达安装点完成系泊固定后,将风机底部的塔筒精定位到单桩基础正上方,开始降船安装;安装完成后,风机退船,继续前往下一风机安装点作业。
