The invention provides a method and a system for monitoring jacking and balancing of a tower crane. The method comprises the following steps: setting basic information of the tower crane; judging the jacking safety requirement of the tower crane, specifically, collecting a wind speed signal, an ultrasonic ranging signal and an inclination angle signal, and carrying out safety judgment on the signals; judging whether the hoisting load is in place or not, and if not, providing luffing direction guidance in the hoisting load in-place process; judging the trimming completion condition according to the measured values of the ultrasonic ranging signal and the inclination angle signal; the system is used for realizing the method and comprises a wind speed and wind direction measuring device, an ultrasonic distance measuring device, an inclination angle measuring device, an amplitude measuring device, an edge intelligent device and a jacking balancing controller. According to the invention, workers can be efficiently guided to carry out balancing work of the tower crane with high quality, an objective and quantifiable basis is provided for balancing, and more intuitive and operable guidance is provided for a monitoring and control system of the tower crane.

    本发明提供了一种塔式起重机顶升配平监测方法及系统,所述方法包括:设置所述塔机的基本信息;判断所述塔机的顶升安全性要求,具体包括:采集风速信号、超声波测距信号和倾角信号,对上述信号进行安全性判断;判断吊重是否就位,若未就位,则在吊重就位过程中提供变幅方向指引;根据超声波测距信号与倾角信号的测量值判定配平完成情况;所述系统用于实现上述方法,包括:风速风向测量装置、超声波测距装置、倾角测量装置、幅度测量装置、边缘智能设备和顶升配平控制器。本发明能够高效高质量地指导工人进行塔式起重机配平工作,为配平提供了客观、可量化的依据,为塔式起重机的监测和控制系统提供了更直观、可操作的指导。
