The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to a tower crane jacking balancing method and system and a tower crane. The method comprises the steps that when the tower crane is in a jacking state, a first dip angle value is obtained, and the first dip angle value is the dip angle of a transition joint of the tower crane; acquiring a second dip angle value which is the dip angle of the target standard knot; and according to the first dip angle value and the second dip angle value, balancing control is conducted on the transition section and the target standard section. According to the tower crane jacking balancing method, the inclination angles are collected at the transition section and the target standard section, that is, the first inclination angle value and the second inclination angle value are obtained, balancing control is conducted on the standard section according to the first inclination angle value and the second inclination angle value, and therefore the accuracy of balancing between the target standard section and the transition section can be effectively improved; the acquisition of the balancing condition and the control of the balancing do not need more manual participation, so that the jacking efficiency is improved and the labor cost is reduced while the balancing accuracy is improved and the jacking risk of the tower crane is reduced.
