The invention relates to the field of sensor design, in particular to a rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle lift force feedback system based on air pressure type force sensing, an air pressure type force sensor is used for collecting lift force generated by a rotor wing to obtain a lift force measured value; the filter is used for filtering the lift force measured value and taking the filtered lift force as a feedback signal of the single-shaft lift force feedback system; and the force feedback controller is used for taking the lift force deviation obtained by the difference between the feedback signal and the expected lift force as an input signal of the force feedback controller, and outputting an adjusting quantity to the power system of the unmanned aerial vehicle through the force feedback controller, so that the power system adjusts the rotating speed of the motor through the electronic speed regulator, and then the rotor wings are driven to rotate to generate lift force. The air pressure type force sensor has the advantages of being low in manufacturing cost and light in weight, the cruising ability of the rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle can be improved, and the load pressure is relieved; the flexible structural design and installation mode can reduce the influence of dynamic torque, and the control accuracy and robustness of the lift feedback system are improved.

    本发明涉及传感器设计领域,具体涉及一种基于气压式力传感的旋翼无人机升力反馈系统,气压式力传感器,用于采集旋翼产生的升力得到升力测量值;滤波器,用于对升力测量值进行滤波,将滤波后的升力作为单轴升力反馈系统的反馈信号;力反馈控制器,用于将反馈信号与期望升力作差得到的升力偏差,作为力反馈控制器的输入信号,通过力反馈控制器输出调节量至无人机动力系统,使动力系统通过电子调速器调整电机的转速,进而带动旋翼旋转产生升力。本发明的气压式力传感器的制作成本低且具有轻重量的特点,能够增加旋翼无人机的续航能力,减轻负载压力;其灵活的结构设计与安装方式能够减小动态扭矩的影响,提高升力反馈系统的控制准确性和鲁棒性。
