The invention relates to a leading edge slat and a wing of an aircraft, the leading edge slat comprises an outer molded surface facing the outside of the wing and an inner molded surface opposite to the outer molded surface, the outer molded surface and the inner molded surface surround to form a cavity, the leading edge slat further comprises at least one movable plate, the movable plates are arranged on a fixed plate of the inner molded surface through pivots, and the movable plates are arranged on the fixed plate. The movable plate is arranged on the inner profile and has a closed position in which the movable plate is flush with the fixed plate of the inner profile and an open position in which the movable plate obliquely protrudes from the fixed plate of the inner profile around a pivot arranged on a first edge of the movable plate located on the front side; and the driving piece enables the movable plate to enter and keep the movable plate at the opening position. The wing comprises such a leading edge slat. The leading edge slat is such that when the movable plate is in the open position, the portion of the airflow flowing through the movable plate is directed to change the direction of flow, thereby delaying airflow separation.
