The invention belongs to the technical field of parking valves, and particularly relates to a stroke-controllable parking valve device based on pneumatic braking, which comprises a parking valve body, an air inlet pipe is mounted at the end part of the parking valve body; a buffer pipe is mounted at the other end of the air inlet pipe; air flows into a buffer pipe, then an electric push rod is opened to push a buffer plate to slide out of the interior of the buffer pipe, and in the circulation process of the air, a plurality of buffer grooves are formed in the surface of the buffer plate and are symmetrically arranged in a staggered mode, so that when the air flows along the buffer grooves, swirling air flow is formed; and then the gas collides with each other to consume the potential energy of the gas, so that the problem that in continuous circulation of the gas, due to large impact potential energy and large friction between the gas and the vehicle body, severe exhaust sound is generated, and then the subsequent vehicle body and the end of the exhaust pipe are abraded is solved.

    本发明属于驻车阀技术领域,具体的说是一种基于气制动的可控行程的驻车阀装置,包括驻车阀本体;所述驻车阀本体的端部安装有进气管;所述进气管的另一端安装有缓冲管;通过流通到缓冲管的内部,然后打开电动推杆推动缓冲板向缓冲管的内部滑出,使得气体在流通过程中,通过在缓冲板的表面设置有若干个缓冲槽,且为对称交错设置,使得气体在顺着缓冲槽进行流通时,形成回旋气流,然后相互碰撞消耗气体的势能,减少气体在持续的流通中,由于冲击势能较大,与车体之间的摩擦较大,出现剧烈的排气声音,进而导致后续车体和排气管的端部出现磨损的问题。
