The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted battery thermal management control method and device, and relates to the field of vehicle engineering. The method comprises the steps that target vehicles are interacted, sensor signal data of the target vehicles under different working conditions are collected, and a signal data set is generated; based on a working condition division rule, matching the signal data set with a vehicle operation working condition; according to a working condition matching result and the signal data set, constructing and training a temperature response model; optimizing the temperature response model based on an intelligent algorithm to obtain an optimized response model; the optimization response model is used to generate a battery thermal management strategy, and the battery thermal management strategy comprises fan rotating speed adjustment, cooling system starting and stopping and the like; and embedding the battery thermal management strategy into a target vehicle battery management system, and performing battery thermal management control on the target vehicle. The technical problem that the battery temperature change cannot be responded in time in the prior art is solved, and the technical effect of self-adaptive adjustment and control of the battery temperature is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种车载电池热管理控制方法及装置,涉及车辆工程领域。所述方法包括交互目标车辆,采集目标车辆不同工况下的传感器信号数据,生成信号数据集;基于工况划分规则,进行信号数据集与车辆运行工况的匹配;根据工况匹配结果与所述信号数据集,构建并训练温度响应模型;基于智能算法对温度响应模型进行优化,获取优化响应模型;使用优化响应模型,生成电池热管理策略,其中,电池热管理策略包括风机转速调整、冷却系统的启停等;将电池热管理策略嵌入目标车辆电池管理系统,进行目标车辆的电池热管理控制。解决了现有技术中无法及时响应电池温度变化的技术问题,实现了自适应的调整和控制电池温度的技术效果。
