According to the vehicle-mounted battery thermal management control system and method, an outlet of an inverter compressor is connected with a port a of a four-way reversing valve, a port b of the four-way reversing valve is connected with an outdoor heat exchanger, and the outdoor heat exchanger is connected with a first two-way expansion valve and a second two-way expansion valve through pipelines; the first two-way expansion valve is connected with the indoor heat exchanger through a pipeline, the second two-way expansion valve is connected with the heat exchanger in the battery unit through a pipeline, the indoor heat exchanger and the heat exchanger in the battery unit are connected with a port d of the four-way reversing valve through pipelines, and a port c of the four-way reversing valve is connected with an inlet of the inverter compressor through a pipeline via the gas-liquid separator. A battery and a passenger compartment are jointly used as a refrigerating or heating demand end, the battery and the passenger compartment are in different heat/cooling capacity demand states to divide working modes of the heat management system, and a reversing valve and a two-way expansion valve are used for changing the flow direction of a working medium in the system to switch the working modes, so that the heat/cooling capacity of the working medium is reasonably distributed.

    本发明涉及一种车载电池热管理控制系统及方法,包括变频压缩机的出口连接四通换向阀的a口,四通换向阀的b口连接室外换热器,室外换热器通过管道分别连接第一双向膨胀阀和第二双向膨胀阀,第一双向膨胀阀通过管道连接室内换热器,第二双向膨胀阀通过管道连接电池单元内的换热器,室内换热器和电池单元的换热器均通过管道连接四通换向阀的d口,四通换向阀的c口通过管道经气液分离器连接变频压缩机的入口。以电池和乘客舱共同作为制冷或制热的需求端,以电池和乘客舱分别处于不同的热量/冷量需求状态划分热管理系统的工作模式,利用换向阀和双向膨胀阀改变系统内工质的流向以切换工作模式,使工质的热量/冷量得到合理分配。
