The invention discloses a battery pack locking mechanism and an electric vehicle, the battery pack locking mechanism is arranged on a battery pack so as to be locked or unlocked with a vehicle body of the electric vehicle to realize quick change of the battery pack, and the locking mechanism comprises a connecting piece arranged on the battery pack; the two locking pieces are oppositely arranged, each locking piece is provided with a locking part, and the locking pieces are rotationally connected to the connecting piece so that the two locking parts can be close to each other or away from each other along with rotation of the locking pieces; the locking piece is slidably arranged on the connecting piece in a sleeving mode so as to drive the locking piece to rotate, so that the locking parts get close to each other or get away from each other so as to be locked with or unlocked from the automobile body. According to the battery pack locking mechanism provided by the invention, quick locking and unlocking of the battery pack on the electric vehicle are realized, bottom battery replacement can be realized, the space utilization rate and the battery replacement safety coefficient are improved, and the problems of safety, stability and the like caused by the fact that the battery pack is mounted on the electric vehicle in a hoisting manner are solved.

    本申请公开了一种电池包锁止机构及电动车辆,电池包锁止机构设置于电池包上以与电动车辆的车身锁紧或解锁而实现电池包的快换,所述锁止机构包括:连接件,设于电池包上;两个相对设置的锁合件,每个所述锁合件具有锁合部,所述锁合件转动连接于所述连接件以能够使两个所述锁合部随所述锁合件转动而彼此靠拢或彼此远离,套筒,其可滑动地套设于所述连接件以带动所述锁合件转动使得所述锁合部彼此靠拢或彼此远离以与车身锁紧或解锁。本申请所提供的电池包锁止机构实现了电池包在电动车辆上的快捷锁止和解锁,还可实现底部换电,提高了空间利用率和换电安全系数,解决了电动车辆采用吊装方式安装电池包带来的安全性、稳定性等问题。
