The invention discloses a battery pack locking mechanism which comprises a locking piece, a driving piece and a limiting piece which are arranged on a battery replacing vehicle, the driving piece is connected with the limiting piece, a matching piece is arranged on a battery pack, and the battery pack is detachably installed on the battery replacing vehicle; the battery pack and the locking piece move relatively, so that the battery pack is switched between an unlocking position and a locking position; when the battery pack is located at the locking position, the locking piece is matched with the matching piece, and the driving piece drives the limiting piece to enable the limiting piece to act on the matching piece so as to limit relative movement of the matching piece and the locking piece, so that the battery pack is locked on the battery replacing vehicle. By the adoption of the structure, the driving piece on the electric vehicle drives the limiting piece to achieve unlocking and locking of the battery pack, the battery replacing equipment only needs to bear the battery pack to move, a complex unlocking mechanism does not need to be arranged, the structure and the battery replacing process of the battery replacing equipment are simplified, implementation in a limited operation space is facilitated, and the practicability is high. And the stability and the battery replacement efficiency of the battery replacement equipment are improved.

    本申请公开了一种电池包锁止机构,包括设于换电车辆的锁止件、驱动件以及限位件,驱动件与限位件相连接,电池包上设置有配合件,电池包可拆卸地安装于换电车辆上;其中,电池包与锁止件之间发生相对移动,以使电池包在解锁位置与锁止位置之间切换;电池包位于锁止位置时,锁止件与配合件相配合,驱动件驱动限位件使限位件作用于配合件,以限制配合件与锁止件发生相对移动,以将电池包锁止于换电车辆上。采用上述结构,通过电动车辆上的驱动件驱动限位件实现电池包的解锁和锁止,换电设备只需要承载电池包进行移动,无需设置复杂的解锁机构,简化换电设备的结构及换电流程,便于在有限的操作空间内实施,提高换电设备的稳定性和换电效率。
