The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle battery replacement, and particularly discloses a battery pack locking mechanism which comprises a fixing piece and a locking piece, one of the fixing piece and the locking piece is arranged on a vehicle, the other one of the fixing piece and the locking piece is arranged on a battery pack, and the locking piece comprises a lock sleeve and a lock shaft rotatably installed in the lock sleeve. The lock shaft is provided with a first position locked with the fixing piece and a second position unlocked with the fixing piece, a pre-tightening structure is connected between the lock shaft and the lock sleeve, the pre-tightening structure can elastically deform in the rotating direction of the lock shaft, and the lock shaft rotates to the first position from the second position under the elastic force of the pre-tightening structure to achieve locking. By arranging the pre-tightening structure, rapid locking can be achieved by means of the elastic force of the pre-tightening structure in the locking process, correspondingly, unlocking can be conducted through large unlocking force by overcoming the elastic force effect of the pre-tightening structure in the unlocking process, and therefore the lock shaft is prevented from being automatically unlocked, and the locking mechanism is effectively prevented from loosening.

    本发明涉及车辆换电技术领域,具体公开一种电池包锁止机构,包括固定件和锁止件,固定件与锁止件两者之一设置于车辆,两者中的另一个设置于电池包,锁止件包括锁套和可转动安装在锁套中的锁轴,锁轴具有与固定件锁止的第一位置和与固定件解锁的第二位置,在锁轴与锁套之间连接有预紧结构,预紧结构能够沿锁轴的旋转方向弹性形变,锁轴在预紧结构的弹力下由第二位置转动至第一位置以实现锁止。通过设置预紧结构,在进行锁止过程中可以借助预紧结构的弹力实现快速锁止,相应的,进行解锁过程中,需要克服预紧结构的弹力作用,通过较大的解锁力才能进行解锁,从而防止锁轴自动解锁,有效避免锁止机构松脱。
