The invention provides an AGV wireless power transmission system based on a DQD type magnetic coupling mechanism, a DQD type coil of the AGV wireless power transmission system is composed of two rectangular coils which are the same in size and winding direction and are orthogonally stacked, and a DQD type magnetic core performs optimization design on the DQD type coil. According to the DQD type magnetic coupling mechanism provided by the invention, the original coupling performance is reserved to a great extent, meanwhile, the use amount of the magnetic core is saved, and the structure has the advantages of anti-offset and anti-rotation performance in multiple directions and the like, and can better adapt to the requirements of AGV on light weight and high anti-offset performance of the magnetic coupling mechanism; and therefore, the system can output relatively stable voltage and power in a relatively large offset range, and the system has actual popularization value.
本发明提供了一种基于DQD型磁耦合机构的AGV无线电能传输系统,其DQD型线圈由两个尺寸相同、绕向相同并正交层叠放置的长方形线圈组成,而DQD型磁芯针对DQD型线圈进行优化设计。本发明提出的DQD型磁耦合机构在极大程度保留原本耦合性能的同时节省了磁芯用量,且所提结构同时具备多个方向的抗偏移和抗旋转性能等优点,能够更好地适应AGV对磁耦合机构轻量化和高抗偏移性能的要求,进而使本系统能够在较大的偏移范围内输出较为稳定的电压与功率,具有实际推广价值。
