Wherein the cover plate is connected with the spacecraft pyrotechnic device pressing base; the bottom plate is connected with the spacecraft structural plate, and when the bottom plate and the spacecraft structural plate installation fastener are installed, a fastener nut does not protrude out of an installation face to affect the installation flatness of the cover plate. A stepped threaded hole is designed in the back face of the bottom plate and used for connecting the bottom plate with a pressing frame, and when the bottom plate and a fastener of the impact isolator pressing frame are installed, a fastener nut cannot protrude out of the installation face to affect the installation flatness of the bottom plate. The impact path when the initiating explosive device is detonated is blocked, and the impact energy of the initiating explosive device is absorbed through local plastic deformation and fragmentation of the buffer filling block, so that the influence of the impact when the initiating explosive device is detonated on other single machines of the spacecraft is reduced, the design constraint of the whole-satellite layout is reduced, and the optimization of the whole-satellite layout of the spacecraft is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种航天器抗火工装置的抗冲击隔冲装置及安装方法,包括:压紧框架、盖板、缓冲剂填充块、底板。其中盖板与航天器火工装置压紧底座连接;底板与航天器结构板连接,与航天器结构板安装紧固件安装时,紧固件螺帽不得突出安装面而影响盖板的安装平面度;底板背面设计有阶梯螺纹孔,用于底板与压紧框架连接,与隔冲器压紧框架紧固件安装时,紧固件螺帽不得突出安装面而影响底板的安装平面度。本发明阻断了火工装置起爆时的冲击路径,通过缓冲填充块发生局部塑性变形和碎裂吸收火工装置冲击能量,从而减轻了火工装置起爆时的冲击对航天器其他单机的影响,减少了整星布局的设计约束,有利于航天器整星布局优化。
