The invention relates to the field of aircraft structure design, in particular to a bird impact resisting device applied to aircraft wings, which comprises a bird separating device and an energy absorbing device, the bird separating device is of an isosceles triangle structure, the tip of the bird separating device faces the bird impact direction to divide a bird body, and the energy absorbing device is arranged at one end, away from the tip, of the bird separating device. The two sides, corresponding to the bird separating device, of the energy absorption device protrude outwards in an arc shape so as to absorb kinetic energy of bird bodies.
