The invention discloses a control method, a control system and a controller of a super-lift mast. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a linear velocity relationship between a main variable-amplitude hoisting steel wire rope and a superlift variable-amplitude hoisting steel wire rope; determining an initial main variable amplitude winch control current and an initial superlift variable amplitude winch control current according to the linear velocity relationship; controlling a main variable amplitude winch to move according to the initial main variable amplitude winch control current, and controlling a superlift variable amplitude winch to move according to the initial superlift variable amplitude winch control current; the pulling force of the super-lift mast is obtained in real time in the movement process of the super-lift variable-amplitude winch; and the main variable amplitude winch control current and the superlift variable amplitude winch control current are adjusted according to the pulling force of the superlift mast until the superlift mast moves to the target position. The motion of the main variable amplitude winch and the motion of the super-lift variable amplitude winch are controlled through the main variable amplitude winch control current and the super-lift variable amplitude winch control current, the operation difficulty in the rising and falling process of the super-lift mast is reduced, and the operation precision and efficiency are improved.

    本申请公开了一种超起桅杆的控制方法、控制系统及控制器。该方法包括:获取主变幅卷扬钢丝绳和超起变幅卷扬钢丝绳的线速度关系;并根据线速度关系确定初始主变幅卷扬控制电流和初始超起变幅卷扬控制电流;根据初始主变幅卷扬控制电流控制主变幅卷扬运动,以及根据初始超起变幅卷扬控制电流控制超起变幅卷扬运动;在超起变幅卷扬运动的过程中实时获取超起桅杆拉力;根据超起桅杆拉力调整主变幅卷扬控制电流和超起变幅卷扬控制电流,直至超起桅杆运动到目标位置。本申请通过主变幅卷扬控制电流和超起变幅卷扬控制电流控制主变幅卷扬和超起变幅卷扬运动,降低了对超起桅杆起落过程操作的难度,提高了操作精度和效率。
