A first gear and a first pulley are mounted on the first wing seat; a second gear and a second pulley are mounted on the second wing seat; the first pulley is in transmission fit with the second pulley through the conveying component; a first elastic component and a second elastic component are arranged between the base and the first wing seat and between the base and the second wing seat. According to the invention, the problems of asymmetric periodic motion of wings of a bionic aircraft, vibration caused by a connecting rod mechanism used by an existing flapping mechanism, high difficulty in mounting a rope pulley flapping mechanism and a rope pulley connecting rod flapping mechanism, high energy consumption and the like can be solved.
