The take-off and landing device adopts a foldable flying leg structure composed of a base, a first connecting frame, a second connecting frame, a first swing rod, a second swing rod, a third swing rod, a fourth swing rod, a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a fourth gear, a supporting column shell and a supporting column; when the flapping-wing flying robot flies, the flying resistance of the flapping-wing flying robot can be reduced by folding the flapping-wing flying robot take-off and landing device, the two ends of the spring are fixedly connected with the supporting column shell and the supporting column correspondingly, and the air cushion is connected with the other end of the supporting column. According to the technical scheme, the damping effect can be achieved in the landing process of the flapping-wing flying robot, the gravity center can be lowered by compressing the spring when the flapping-wing flying robot is placed, the flapping-wing flying robot is safer, and in the take-off process of the flapping-wing flying robot, the flapping-wing flying robot can take off safely through elastic potential energy of the spring and by increasing the height of the flying robot.
