The invention relates to the technical field of deep sea detection, and particularly discloses a deep sea three-dimensional monitoring system based on a seabed resident AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle), a seabed energy base station and a real-time communication buoy. The communication subsystem is used for connecting the AUV, the seabed energy base station and the real-time communication buoy, establishing real-time communication between the real-time communication buoy and the shore-based control center, and performing data transmission and task instruction issuing; the AUV autonomous docking subsystem is used for guiding contents such as docking between the AUV and a seabed energy base station; according to the invention, the long-term residence of the AUV in the deep sea, the autonomous charging and the long-term detection capability of the deep sea environment can be realized through the residence subsystem; the AUV, the seabed energy base station, the real-time communication buoy and the shore-based control center are connected through the communication subsystem to establish a real-time communication network; the shore-based control center can give a new operation instruction to the AUV through the real-time communication buoy and the seabed energy base station, and long-term, real-time and intelligent detection of the AUV on the seabed is achieved.
