The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile steering column adjustment, and particularly relates to a steering column four-direction adjustment maintaining mechanism. The device comprises an upper pipe column and an inner sleeve, a pair of first guide grooves are formed in the upper pipe column, a rotating support is arranged on the outer side of the upper pipe column, a second guide groove is formed in the rotating support, the upper pipe column and the rotating support are connected through cooperation of the first guide grooves, the second guide groove and a bolt shaft, and a handle mechanism is arranged at one end of the bolt shaft. The other end of the bolt shaft is provided with a four-direction adjusting and maintaining mechanism which comprises a first angle toothed plate, a second angle toothed plate, a first telescopic toothed plate and a second telescopic toothed plate, wherein the first angle toothed plate and the second angle toothed plate are meshed with each other, and the first telescopic toothed plate and the second telescopic toothed plate are meshed with each other. The two pairs of toothed plates axially move on the bolt shaft by rotating the handle mechanism, the first telescopic toothed plate is meshed with the second telescopic toothed plate, the first angle toothed plate is meshed with the second angle toothed plate, and the four locking functions of the steering column are completed.

    本发明属于汽车转向柱调节技术领域,具体涉及一种转向柱四向调节保持机构。本发明包括上管柱和内套管,上管柱上设置有一对第一导向槽,上管柱外侧设置有旋转支架,旋转支架上设置有第二导向槽,通过第一导向槽、第二导向槽和螺栓轴配合将上管柱和旋转支架连接,螺栓轴一端设置有手柄机构,螺栓轴另一端设置有四向调节保持机构,所述四向调节保持机构包括相互啮合的角度齿板一和角度齿板二、相互啮合的伸缩齿板一和伸缩齿板二。通过转动手柄机构使两对齿板在螺栓轴上轴向移动,使伸缩齿板一与伸缩齿板二啮合、角度齿板一和角度齿板二啮合,完成对转向管柱四项锁紧功能。
