The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical transmission, and particularly provides a multi-gear electric drive axle braking energy recovery gear shifting control method and device and a vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps that electric drive axle braking energy recovery required torque is calculated; the calculated electric drive axle braking energy recovery demand torque serves as a control signal of a vehicle braking system, the braking system is controlled to increase the corresponding braking torque, and meanwhile the electric drive axle braking energy recovery torque is controlled to be reduced to zero; judging a target gear of the electric drive axle; the current gear of the electric drive axle is switched to the target gear; and the braking energy recovery torque of the electric drive axle is increased from zero to the calculated braking energy recovery demand torque of the electric drive axle, meanwhile, the braking torque of the braking system is controlled to be reduced to the torque the same as the braking energy recovery demand torque of the electric drive axle, and gear shifting is completed. The braking force fluctuation can be reduced, the braking safety can be improved, the acceleration fluctuation of the vehicle can be reduced, and the driving comfort can be improved.

    本发明属于机械传动技术领域,具体提供一种多挡电驱桥制动能量回收换挡控制方法、装置及车辆,所述方法包括如下步骤:计算电驱桥制动能量回收需求扭矩;以计算的电驱桥制动能量回收需求扭矩为车辆刹车系统的控制信号,控制所述刹车系统增加相应的制动扭矩,同时控制电驱桥制动能量回收扭矩降低至零;判断电驱桥目标挡位;将电驱桥由当前挡位切换至目标挡位;将电驱桥制动能量回收扭矩由零增加至计算的电驱桥制动能量回收需求扭矩,同时控制刹车系统制动扭矩降低至与电驱桥制动能量回收需求扭矩相同的扭矩,完成换挡。有助于减少制动力波动,提升制动安全性,且有助于减少车辆加速度波动,提升驾驶舒适性。
