The invention discloses a new energy vehicle braking resistor energy management predictive control system and method.The new energy vehicle braking resistor energy management predictive control system comprises a detection module, a feedback module and a control module, and the detection module detects the vehicle braking process and judges the gradient change; the feedback module calculates a braking target power value and a battery charging power value; the control module receives the calculated value of the detection module and controls the opening and closing state of the brake resistor and the target power. The control method comprises the steps that the road condition is judged according to the vehicle-mounted electronic horizon, working condition classification is conducted according to the slope length, the target power value PMBrk is calculated, and the working power value of the brake resistor is judged and calculated according to the upper limit threshold value of the charge state of the brake resistor and the target power value of the brake resistor. By predicting the gradient change in front of the vehicle, the output power of the brake resistor is matched with the running power of the whole vehicle, the on-off frequency of the brake resistor is effectively reduced, and the service life of the brake pad and the brake resistor is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种新能源车制动电阻能量管理预测性控制系统及方法,包括一种新能源车制动电阻能量管理预测性控制系统,包括:检测模块,反馈模块和控制模块,检测模块检测车辆制动进程,判断坡度变化;反馈模块计算制动目标功率值和电池充电功率值;控制模块接收所述检测模块计算值,控制制动电阻开闭状态和目标功率。控制方法,包括:根据车载电子地平线判断路况,按照坡长进行工况分类,计算出目标功率值PMBrk,根据制动电阻荷电状态上限阈值和制动电阻目标功率值判断并计算制动电阻工作功率值。本发明通过预测车辆前方坡度变化实现制动电阻输出功率与整车运行功率的匹配,有效减少制动电阻开关机次数,延长刹车片和制动电阻使用寿命。
