The invention provides an electric drive axle system and a working method thereof, and relates to the field of electric drive axles. According to the scheme, the electric drive axle system comprises a differential mechanism, a first side gear of the differential mechanism is connected with a first half shaft, a second side gear of the differential mechanism is connected with a second half shaft, and the outer circumference of the first half shaft is rotationally sleeved with a first shaft sleeve; one end of the first shaft sleeve is connected with the first half shaft through a first clutch mechanism, the other end of the first shaft sleeve is connected with a shell of the differential mechanism through a second clutch mechanism, the outer circumference of the second half shaft is rotationally sleeved with a second shaft sleeve, and one end of the second shaft sleeve is connected with the shell of the differential mechanism through a third clutch mechanism. The other end of the second shaft sleeve is connected with the second half shaft through a fourth clutch mechanism. The first motor can drive the first shaft sleeve to rotate, and the second motor can drive the second shaft sleeve to rotate. According to the invention, the economical efficiency of the whole vehicle can be effectively improved, and the problem of tire grinding and tire eating under complex road conditions can be solved.

    本发明提供了一种电驱桥系统及其工作方法,涉及电驱桥领域,采用的方案是:包括差速器,差速器的侧齿轮一与半轴一连接,差速器的侧齿轮二与半轴二连接,半轴一的外圆周上可转动地套设有轴套一,轴套一的一端通过离合机构一与半轴一连接,轴套一的另一端通过离合机构二与差速器的壳体连接,半轴二的外圆周上可转动地套设有轴套二,轴套二的一端通过离合机构三与差速器壳体连接,轴套二的另一端通过离合机构四与半轴二连接;还包括电机一和电机二,电机一能够驱动轴套一转动,电机二能够驱动轴套二转动。本发明能够有效提高整车经济性同时,还能解决复杂路况下磨胎吃胎问题。
