The invention discloses an electric drive axle with a power takeoff and a working method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of automobile transmission systems. The motor, the transmission, the drive axle and the power takeoff are integrated together, power can be output through the power takeoff to be provided for accessory devices on the automobile according to actual needs in the automobile running process or when the automobile stops, and the transmission efficiency is high. By means of the high-integration-level structure, it is not needed to independently consider that an installation space is reserved for the power takeoff when the pure electric vehicle is arranged on the whole vehicle, the limited space below a chassis can be emptied for battery arrangement, and the endurance mileage is effectively increased; the power takeoff part adopts a modular design, and can be configured according to different speed ratio or torque requirements of customers. The whole vehicle and the power takeoff are driven by one motor, the defects of large noise, multiple wire harnesses and complex maintenance caused by multi-motor driving can be overcome, meanwhile, compared with multi-motor driving, the single motor has more advantages in the aspect of cost of a controller, and good application prospects are achieved.

    本发明公开的一种带取力器的电动驱动桥及其工作方法,属于汽车传动系统技术领域。本发明将电机、变速器、驱动桥和取力器集成在一起,可以在汽车行驶过程中或停止时根据实际需要,通过取力器输出动力为随车的附属装置提供动力,传动效率高。通过高集成度的结构,能够使纯电动车在整车布置时,不用单独考虑给取力器留有安装空间,可以将底盘下有限的空间腾出来布置电池,有效增加续航里程;取力器部分使用模块化的设计,可根据客户不同的速比或扭矩需求进行配置。整车和取力器由一个电机驱动,可以避免多电机驱动带来的噪声大、线束多、维修复杂的缺点,同时,相比多电机驱动,使用单电机在控制器的成本方面更具优势,具有良好的应用前景。
