The invention discloses a cabin-penetrating composite material transmission shaft device for a ship and the ship with the cabin-penetrating composite material transmission shaft device. The cabin-penetrating composite material transmission shaft device is used for being arranged on a partition wall of a ship in a penetrating mode and comprises a transmission shaft and a protection sleeve. The transmission shaft comprises a body part and a peripheral part arranged on the periphery of the body part in a sleeving mode, the body part is connected to the peripheral part, and the peripheral part is constructed to be a heat insulation composite material layer; the protective sleeve is used for being arranged at the partition wall, the protective sleeve is a metal piece, and the protective sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the peripheral part in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected to the peripheral part. According to the cabin-penetrating composite material transmission shaft device, the protection sleeve can protect the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is prevented from being collided by the partition wall or parts located on the partition wall, and the transmission shaft is prevented from being abraded; in addition, the peripheral part is configured to be a heat insulation composite material layer made of a heat insulation composite material, so that heat transferred from the protective sleeve to the body part can be reduced.

    本申请公开了一种用于船舶的穿舱复合材料传动轴装置及具有其的船舶。穿舱复合材料传动轴装置用于穿设于船舶的分隔壁,穿舱复合材料传动轴装置包括传动轴和防护套;传动轴包括本体部和套设于本体部的外周的外周部,本体部连接至外周部,外周部构造为隔热复合材料层;防护套用于设置于分隔壁处,防护套构造为金属件,防护套套设于外周部的外周并固定连接至外周部。根据本申请的穿舱复合材料传动轴装置,防护套能够保护传动轴,避免传动轴被分隔壁或者位于分隔壁的零部件磕碰,以及避免磨损传动轴;此外,外周部构造为由隔热复合材料制成的隔热复合材料层,能够减少由防护套传递至本体部的热量。
