According to the cabin penetrating device, a common stop valve or a ball valve can be used for replacing a special right-angle stop valve with a bottom flange, the application object of cabin penetrating of the side of a high-pressure cabin pipeline is expanded, and the usage cost is reduced. According to the device, sealing rings are arranged at different positions so that mutual leakage of media inside and outside the high-pressure cabin and media inside a pipeline is effectively avoided.
