The invention discloses a homogeneous organic lithium initiator as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method adopts a one-pot method and comprises the following steps: in an aprotic polar solvent, reacting a divinyl monomer and/or an aromatic vinyl monomer with a secondary amine monomer with a structure as shown in a formula (1) and lithium alkylide to obtain a homogeneous organic lithium initiator; in the formula (1), X is O or S; r1 and R2 are each independently a C1-C6 alkylene group; r < 3 > and R < 4 > are respectively and independently H, alkyl groups with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, aryl groups with 6 to 10 carbon atoms, naphthenic groups with 3 to 8 carbon atoms, silyl groups with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, siloxane groups with 1 to 6 carbon atoms or sulfur-containing groups. The method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient to operate and high in repeatability. The obtained homogeneous organic lithium initiator can be used for preparing functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, the dispersity of filler in colloid is improved, and the hysteresis loss of rubber and the rolling resistance of tires are reduced. # imgabs0 #
