The invention relates to an I-shaped steel turnover device which comprises a base arranged on the ground, and side frames are arranged on the left side and the right side of the base. The movable frame is assembled between the two side frames in a sliding mode in the front-back direction, a lifting frame capable of ascending and descending in the up-down direction is further arranged on the movable frame, and a first overturning frame and a second overturning frame which are arranged in the front-back direction and can overturn in the vertical plane are rotationally assembled on the lifting frame. A bouncing mechanism used for bouncing the I-shaped steel to the second turnover frame is arranged on the first turnover frame, a limiting rod used for supporting and limiting the I-shaped steel is arranged on the portion, beside the bouncing mechanism, of the first turnover frame, and the limiting rod and the first turnover frame are assembled in a sliding mode in the direction perpendicular to the first turnover frame. When the I-shaped steel turnover device is used, I-shaped steel can be turned over without welding lifting lugs, so that welding damage on the I-shaped steel is avoided, and the I-shaped steel is prevented from being damaged; and meanwhile, the overturning is simple and quick.

    本发明涉及一种工字钢翻转装置,该工字钢翻转装置包括底座,设于地面上,底座的左右两侧均设有侧架;移动架沿前后方向滑动装配在两个侧架之间,移动架上还设有能够沿上下方向升降的升降框架,所述升降框架上转动装配有两个在前后方向上布置并且能在竖直平面内翻转的第一翻转架和第二翻转架;第一翻转架上设有用于将工字钢弹向第二翻转架的弹起机构,第一翻转架上在弹起机构的旁侧设有用于对工字钢进行支撑和限位的限位杆,限位杆沿垂直于第一翻转架的方向与第一翻转架滑动装配。本发明的一种工字钢翻转装置在使用时,不需要焊接吊耳即可将工字钢翻转,从而避免工字钢上出现焊伤,进而避免工字钢受损;同时翻转简单、快捷。
