The invention provides a shield tunnel interior hoisting device which comprises a base, the bottom of the base is rotationally connected with a rotating wheel, a limiting hole is formed in the rotating wheel, and a first limiting rod capable of moving telescopically is arranged in the limiting hole in a penetrating mode; the first connecting frame is connected to the first end of the base, and the top of the first connecting frame is connected with a second connecting frame; the first rolling wheel is arranged on the bottom face of the second connecting frame and moves between the first end and the second end of the second connecting frame, a first moving plate is connected to the first rolling wheel, a threaded hole is formed in the first moving plate, a threaded rod is rotationally connected between the first end and the second end of the second connecting frame, and the threaded rod is screwed in the threaded hole; a limiting mechanism is further arranged between the first end and the second end of the second connecting frame. The winch is fixed to the first end of the base, a lifting rope is wound on the winch, and the other end of the lifting rope is wound around the first roller. The hoisting device has a large hoisting range, and hoisting construction is convenient in a limited space in a tunnel.
