    本发明公开了一种集装箱正面起重机行驶限速综合控制方法及起重机,在配合发动机与变速箱的车速限制控制的基础上,由吊具控制器、大臂长度角度传感器及压力传感器,提供用于辅助限速控制的多维参考信号,如吊具带载、大臂位置、吊箱重量等。由上述多元辅助信号的参与,可通过检测带载情况以及吊具位置进行辅助车速限制,指示吊具移动的安全高度、安全伸长,并通过直观指导的提示信息使驾驶员能够及时执行纠正操作,避免视线遮挡或大臂动作超限,从而提高集装箱起重机行驶及作业的安全性,进一步地,可结合本发明提供的对集装箱重量进行检测的信号,按需设置不同级别的车速限值,实现精细化限速功能,在保证安全性的同时,能够提升起重机作业效率。
