According to the tower crane-based driver violation command judgment method and system, the activation signal with the range being the preset value is transmitted through the mobile terminal, when the electronic chip is located in the range of the preset value, the electronic chip is activated, and the activated electronic chip can transmit feedback information to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal can command the driver violation command. After receiving the feedback information sent by the electronic chip, the mobile terminal compares the feedback information and judges whether the driver regulates regulations or not, so that the problem that the construction site lacks effective supervision on the driver is solved.
