The invention provides a novel lifting device for a heavy pneumatic monorail crane, and relates to the technical field of coal mine machinery, the novel lifting device comprises at least two bearing lifting assemblies, longitudinal beam structures, tackle structures, rigging structures and stop structures, the bearing lifting assemblies are arranged on a monorail track, the longitudinal beam structures are connected with the bearing assemblies, the tackle structures are slidably mounted on the longitudinal beam structures, and the tackle structures are connected with the tackle structures; the tackle structure is rotatably installed on the tackle structure, the stop structure is arranged on the longitudinal beam structure and used for fixing the tackle structure, the longitudinal beam structure is connected with the at least two bearing lifting assemblies, the weight can be distributed to a plurality of bearing lifting trolleys, the concentrated load is reduced, the lifting safety is guaranteed, heavy lifting can be achieved, and the weight of the tackle structure is reduced. The tackle structure moves on the longitudinal beam structure, the position of the rigging structure can be driven to be adjusted, heavy objects with different lengths can be lifted, the rigging structure is arranged in a rotating mode, the freedom degree of a locomotive during turning after the heavy objects are lifted can be guaranteed, and the lifting flexibility is further improved.

    本申请提供一种新型重型气动单轨吊用起吊装置,涉及煤矿机械技术领域,包括至少两组承载升降组件、纵梁结构、滑车结构、索具结构和止动结构,承载升降组件设置于单轨轨道,纵梁结构与承载组件连接,滑车结构滑动式安装于纵梁结构,索具结构转动式安装于滑车结构,止动结构设置于纵梁结构上,用于固定滑车结构,本申请通过将其中的纵梁结构与至少两组承载升降组件连接,可以将重量分至多个承载升降小车,降低集中载荷,保证起吊的安全性,并可实现重型起吊,通过滑车结构在纵梁结构上移动,可以带动索具结构的位置调整,从而实现不同长度的重物起吊,而将索具结构转动式设置,可以保证机车吊装重物之后转弯时的自由度,进一步提升吊装灵活性。
