The underground ends of the two walking trolleys are connected with a bearing cross beam through a spherical hinge connecting device. A pneumatic hoist is installed in the middle of the bearing cross beam and electrically connected with a manual control valve block. Two lifting chains are arranged on the surface of the pneumatic hoist. Movable pulley devices are arranged below the two ends of the bearing cross beam, and chain wheels are movably connected into the movable pulley devices.
