The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete member hoisting structure which comprises a split type hoisting assembly pre-buried in a member pouring mold, the split type hoisting assembly comprises a pre-buried force-borrowing cylinder and a hoisting rod in an inner cavity of the pre-buried force-borrowing cylinder, and a preformed hole matched with the pre-buried force-borrowing cylinder is formed after the inner cavity of the member is poured and formed. The top end of the lifting rod is fixedly connected with a threaded rod, one end of the threaded rod sequentially penetrates through the pre-embedded force-borrowing cylinder and the component and extends to the position above the component, and the split type lifting assembly further comprises a universal lifting ring connected with the lifting chain. According to the prefabricated concrete member hoisting structure, split type design is adopted, existing preformed holes of prefabricated members are used for one-time forming, repairing is not needed, the problem of color difference of the appearance of the members is solved, the quality of the members is guaranteed, the construction cost caused by secondary construction is reduced, the split type hoisting assembly can be rapidly disassembled, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the overall structural strength of the component is not influenced.

    本发明涉及预制混凝土构件起吊结构,包括预埋在构件浇筑模具内的分体式起吊组件,分体式起吊组件包括预埋借力筒和在预埋借力筒内腔的起吊杆,所述构件内腔浇筑成型后形成与预埋借力筒适配的预留孔,所述起吊杆的顶端固定连接有丝牙杆,所述丝牙杆的一端依次贯穿预埋借力筒和构件并延伸至构件的上方,分体式起吊组件还包括与起吊链条相连的万向吊环,本发明涉及装配式预制构件生产技术领域。该预制混凝土构件起吊结构,分体式设计,通过利用预制构件现有的预留孔一次成型,不用修补,解决了构件外观色差问题,保证了构件质量,降低了因二次施工带来的施工成本,并且可以快速的对分体式起吊组件进行拆卸,不会影响到构件整体的结构强度。
