The invention discloses an underwater vehicle resistance reduction device based on a permeable gas film. The underwater vehicle resistance reduction device comprises a metal wire mesh sintered plate, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor and a gas supply device, and the metal wire mesh sintered plate covers the outer surface of a metal shell of an underwater vehicle; the second pressure sensor is embedded into the metal wire mesh sintered plate and is used for detecting the water pressure value of the surface of the underwater vehicle; the first pressure sensor is embedded in an interlayer cavity between the metal wire mesh sintered plate and a metal shell of the aircraft and is used for detecting an air pressure value in the interlayer cavity; and the gas supply device inputs gas with corresponding pressure and flow into the interlayer cavity between the metal wire mesh sintered plate and the metal shell of the aircraft according to the water pressure value and the air pressure value to form a layer of uniform and continuous permeable gas film so as to realize resistance reduction. According to the application, a continuous, uniform and stably covered permeable gas film is generated on the surface of the underwater vehicle, and superspeed navigation of the vehicle in water is realized through gas-liquid two-phase interface sliding resistance reduction.

    本申请公开了一种基于渗透气膜的水下航行器减阻装置,包括金属丝网烧结板、第一压力传感器、第二压力传感器、供气装置,所述金属丝网烧结板覆盖设置在水下航行器的金属壳体外表面;所述第二压力传感器嵌入设置在金属丝网烧结板中,用于检测水下航行器表面的水压值;所述第一压力传感器嵌入在所述金属丝网烧结板和航行器的金属壳体之间的夹层腔中,用于检测夹层腔内的气压值;所述供气装置根据水压值和气压值向所述金属丝网烧结板和航行器的金属壳体之间的夹层腔中输入相应压力和流量的气体形成一层均匀连续的渗透气膜实现减阻。本申请在水下航行器表面生成连续、均匀、稳定覆盖的渗透气膜,通过气液两相界面滑移减阻,实现航行器在水中的超高速航行。
